BBNaija 2019: Big Brother Twists Process Of Eviction


The co-ordinators of the ongoing reality show Big Brother Naija Pepper Dem edition have surprisingly made a twist in the eviction process for housemates once again on Monday.
No nominations for eviction was seen by this new twist meanwhile the host of BBNaija, Ebuka Obi- Uchedu passed the information on Monday night that housemates are to split into two different groups with the name “The Icon” and “Cruisetopia” respectively.
Every housemate was made to select and wear an armband from two drums containing red and green armbands then move the box with corresponding armband colour.
Ebuka, however, added that housemates will from now on be involved in every BBNaija game in their respective groups.
Members of team Cruisetopia are Diane, Esther, Gedoni, Jackye, Joe, Mercy, Mike, Seyi, Venita while group members of The Icons are Cindy, Elozonam, Enkay, Frodd, Ike, Khafi, Omashola, Sir Dee and Tacha.
Big Brother Naija co-ordinators informed the Housemates that they do not have any will of theirs to change group meanwhile the game is organised to reward the team that wins as well give adequate punishment to the losing team.
Evictions will now be done through nomination challenge not the usual nomination process.
At the end of the game, all the members of the losing team will be liable for eviction as well as affect the wager task.
As a reward for a game well played The winner will have weekly supplies, and the losing team will get no supply whatsoever.

Nigeria: Atiku Vs Buhari - Tribunal Set to Deliver Judgment This Week

Atiku Abubakar The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal will deliver judgment in the petition by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar challenging President Muhammadu Buhari's victory in the February 23 general election. Muhammadu Buhari Chairman of the five-man panel, Justice Mohammed Garba had while reserving the judgment on August 21 stated that the date would be communicated to all parties in the matter. The date for the judgment has not been fixed by the tribunal but by law the duration of the petition will lapse on Saturday September 14. Also, Section 134 (2) and (3) of the Electoral Act, 2010, provides for time limit for election petitions to be concluded within 180 days. In his submission, INEC lead counsel, Yunus Ustaz Usman (SAN) said the Commission conducted the February 23 election in "total compliance with the Electoral Act and the petitioners can never dislodge that." ...
